I liked outstandingly accommodating employees!
The rooms were updated and brand-new, had a roll in shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was comfy and favourable for Birmingham, not far from stores and restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store and a clothing store and shopping areas/restaurants.

The location was marvellous and convenient, near all interests. The room was a nice size and brand-new with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, flat-screen TV, and a mini refrigerator. Everything was GOOD, though a few employees were not so good.

The service was all in all nice. The room was brand-new and updated, included with housekeeping to come, the bathtub plus TV. The staff were very nice lot of time. That hotel was in a marvellous location, close to a shopping plaza.

I had awesome days staying at this pet-friendly hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the property, everything was great here. The king room was brand-new with the tub bar as well as TV.

Friendly place to stay in Birmingham, everything was good. In my case they offered Disability Access room with TV, the bathtub and housekeeping to come and that was great.
